Matin Rahmani – President and CEO of Phoenix Capital Partners.
Matin has a diverse background in the Financial Services Industry for more than 21+ years.  Mr. Rahmani has been recognized as a platform speaker for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 Financial Services Companies.  He has Managed Money through the largest Money Manager in the World (6.5 trillion AUM 2019), Traded Equities, Estate Planning for C Level Executives and Small to Midsize Companies including the largest Private Equity Company in Europe.

Mr. Rahmani also serves as CEO of First Manhattan Financial Network Corp since 2006, a boutique financial services firm featuring financial needs analysis, Annuities (Equity Indexed and Fixed), Insurance, and Medicare Planning Firm.  Mr. Rahmani is also Vice President and Founding Partner of KQM Realty Corp, represents 33% ownership in a family-owned real estate investment corporation with multiple commercial and residential real estate properties located in Astoria and Long Island City, New York.

Mr. Rahmani currently holds NYS Department of Financial Services Accident and Health, Life, Variable Life/Variable Annuities Licenses.  Has completed all American College Courses for the LUTCF Designation, has a Charter Special Needs Planning Certification from the American College, and an Economics Degree from Queens College. He has served the Astoria, Long Island City Kiwanis International and the General Agents & Managers Association International (GAMA), and National Association Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).

Mr. Rahmani’s proudest accomplishment is Frida, his daughter, who goes to Colombia High School in Maplewood, a phenomenal cellist and his son, little Jonny born on his birthday in 2019.

Shayla Arroyo
Executive Office Manager

Shayla Arroyo is the Executive Office Manager at Phoenix Capital Partners and manages day-to-day operations.  Shayla studied Business Management at SUNY Farmingdale and has an extensive background in administrative services. Ms. Arroyo has comprehensive experience in the financial industry which is the reason that she makes a terrific team member for Phoenix Capital Partners.

Vlada Deshko
Executive Assistant

Vlada Deshko is the Executive Assistant for Phoenix Capital Partners with over 2 years’ experience with executive administrative roles. Vlada oversees customer relations, event coordination, and she supports the executive sales team. Vlada speaks Russian, Ukrainian and English languages.

Daniel M. Tuzzio Certified Public Accountant, LLC
Mr. Tuzzio performs all accounting and bookkeeping for Phoenix Capital Partners LLC.
Mr. Tuzzio was named the youngest board member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and has been a Certified Public Accountant for more than 15 years.

Bruno Silva
Senior Associate

Bruno Silva is an Associate at Phoenix Capital Partners. Mr. Silva entered the insurance industry in 2014, where he acquired vast experience in Life, Health, and Disability Insurance, acquired on Combined Insurance. Bruno started his Medicare career in 2016 with Humana. Mr. Silva joined First Manhattan Financial in 2017, to become an independent agent where he could offer clients more options and a better overall service towards his clients. Originally from Brazil, Mr. Silva is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Jordan Cohen is a senior executive with Phoenix Capital Partners. He brings 22 years of experience in the equities market to our team, and he has also owned several businesses. When it comes to customer service, his dedication is second to none.
